:: What Photography means to me::

I usually just post my pictures on here. Today, I felt the need to share some words that come from the heart.

I entered to win a spot @ Desginlovefest blogshops. I LOVE, LOVE what Bri does, she is a super creative designer and im inspired by her vision check them here . To win you have to post about what photography means to you. Not only would I die if I got the opportunity to go to her blogshop (which I normally I can not afford to do) but it really made me dig deep to reflect on what exactly photography means to me....

This is what I would like to share::

What photography is to me::

Photography is an expression of how I view the world around me. It is my passion, it is my calling, it is how I get lost & how I find my sense of peace in this busy thing we call life. Photography is something I can give and share with the people around me. It is beauty, provokes emotion, feeds my soul, sends a message, brings people together, it’s a moment shared, it is timeless and a passion for me that comes deep from with in. A connection between people & Raw emotion, it is a connection to life. A representation of what my eye sees, each pair provides a different prospective. Photography teaches me about myself & it pushes me to dig deeper.  “There are many forms of expression, this is mine I visualize. I capture. I create. I am Amylynn”

I think the pictures show just how fun this photoshoot was. I love when people like to have fun with thier shoot. They are a great couple and going to be great parents, I could not be more excited for them. Veronica and Eric are going to bring a baby girl into this world any day now. Capturing these last few days of her pregnacy are memories they will have forever. Congrats Veronica and Eric to the most precious gift life has to offer!!
